　　三、项目内容：花岗岩结构均匀，质地坚硬，颜色美观，是上等的建筑材料。花岗岩资源丰富，素有“中华绿”的花岗岩，分布在钟宝镇、小曙河和曙坪乡，储藏量初步估算至在2000万立方米以上，潜在的经济价值2000亿元以上；黑色内有花纹的花岗岩，分布最多也广泛，成色和成材最好的分布在上竹、牛头店、曾家等乡镇。估算资源储藏量在1亿立方米以上，潜在的经济价值6000亿元以上；在我县还有黑色的，灰白色的等多种花岗岩品种。拟建年产200万平方米的生产加工厂，原材料供应完全可以满足生产加工需要。

　　四、投资总额与合作方式：计划总投资5000万元，全额进行对外招商，独资进行生产与加工。

　　五、市场预测与效益分析：花岗岩产品深受人民群众的青睐，利用我县优势资源，建设一个建设年产200万M2花岗岩开采加工厂，年产值可达2亿元，实现利税2500亿元，提供就业人数320人，投资回收期：2年。

　　The even physical structure and hard texture ,with its beautiful color make the granite the finest building materials. The granite is rich in resources and the well-known "China Green Granite" has large reserve in Zhongbao, Xiao Shuhe and Shuping towns. Preliminary estimates show that there is plenty of the China Green Granite of more than 20 million m³ and it reserves the potential economical value of more than 200 billion yuan. Black granite with patterns has the largest reserve and amount in the county, and the best quality and serviceability among it are found in Shangzhu, Niutoudian and Zengjia towns. The reserve is more than 100million m³ and has the economic value of more than 60 billion yuan. Black, gray and other granite varieties are also found in the county. Therefore, the supply of raw materials can meet the needs of a factory that planned to produce 2 million m³ per year.
