　　素有“一脚踏三省”之称的鸡心岭,是陕西、湖北、重庆两省一市的交汇要冲。自然景观奇特,人文遗存显现。拟开发回头线溶洞,开凿2公里上山石梯，建山间观景亭台两座；开发两省一市分界碑景点:新修景内步行道3公里,建观景点2处及游乐场所。建观景楼阁一座(5层26米)开发一脚踏三省游乐景点一处。建界碑亭台一座。建半封闭式川陕古栈道观赏点一处。建古硝洞遗址上山梯道2公里；在南大门门楼内侧建1000平方米休息接待中心一座及景区管理办公场所；建标志性大型界碑一座；购置旅游观光车一辆。

　　四、投资总额与合作方式:

　　项目总投资1177.98万元。招商引资1177.98万元。合作方式：独资、合资、股份合作均可。

　　五、市场预测及效益分析:

　　该项目建成后,按年接待游客6万人次计算,年可实现旅游创汇收入402万元。鸡心岭景区建成运营后，大约3年多时间可将投资收回。

　　Ⅲ. Description of the Project

　　Known as "a foot on three provinces", the "natural state heart" lies herself on the intersection of Shaanxi, Hubei provinces and Chongqing city (a provincial level city), where extraordinary natural and humanistic landscapes are found. The following programs are planned to be developed in this area: to develop the Huitou Xian Karst Cave spot, to dig 2 km stone staircase up to the mountain and to build two viewing pavilions on mountains; to develop the boundary marker attractions of the two provinces and one city; to pave 3 km long walking trail, to construct two sight-seeing sites and an amusement park; to construct a viewing pavilion(5 storeyed, 26 meters); to develop  a recreational attractions with the theme" a foot on three provinces"; to build a pavilion as the boundary marker; to build a semi-enclosed viewing point for the ancient plank road from Sichuan to Shaanxi; to pave 2 km road to the site of the ancient saltpeter cave; to build a 1000 m2 tourist reception centre behind the south gate and a management office for the scenic area; to build the boundary marker as a landmark; to purchase a sightseeing vehicle.

　　The total investment is up to 11.7798 million yuan; and the proposed attracting business investment will be up to 11.7798 million yuan; Mode of cooperation will be sole proprietorship, joint venture, or joint shares cooperative.

　　V. Market Forecast and Benefit Analysis

　　After the completion of the project, the annual tourism income will reach 4.02 million yuan based on 60,000 tourists per year;and the investment recovery period is about 3 years
