　　二、承办单位：镇坪县津元春食品有限责任公司于2006年3月成立，位于镇坪县城关镇竹溪河街，是一家以经营农业高新技术开发，农副产品加工、包装、销售为主的股份合作制企业。公司现已投资700万元，建立了萝卜系列食品生产线一条，完善了厂房、包装车间等硬件设施建设。生产经营呈现出稳步发展的态势，已成为镇坪县的农业龙头企业。

　　三、项目内容：镇坪县位于陕西省最南端，境内气候温和，雨量充沛，无环境污染，野生毛竹资源丰富，由于海拔落差大，资源利用时间长，纯天然野生竹笋量大质优，口感香脆细腻，是一种具有降血压、减肥等功效的富硒营养保健食品，资源储藏量约1000吨，已具备一定的竹笋保鲜技术，拟建设年产800吨野竹笋生产加工厂，其原料供应充足。

　　四、投资总额与合作方式：项目计划总投资500万元。对外招商引资400万元，中方20%以厂房、设施投入。独资、合资、股份合作均可。

　　五、市场分析及效益预测：保鲜笋干在国内外市场的需求量不断增加，价格不断上涨，本项目利用竹笋资源优势的地区，开发加工保鲜竹笋干，市场前景广阔。项目建成后，产值640万元，年利润96万元。投资回收期2年。

　　Zhengping Jin Yuanchun Foods Co., Ltd., which was established in March 2006 and located on Zhu Xihe Street,Chengguan Town, Zhenping County,mainly operates on High-tech development, agricultural products processing, packing and sales. This joint-stock cooperative enterprise has invested 7 million yuan to establish the radish family production line,and perfected the hardware facilities such as the factory building and packing plant.The production and management have shown that the company is on a steady development and have made it a leading enterprise.

　　Ⅲ. Description of the Project

　　Zhenping County is located in the southernmost tip of Shaanxi province. The mild climate, ample rainfall, pollution-free environment and great altitude gap have gifted Zhenping abundant bamboo shoots during much of the year.Wild bamboo shoots,with its crisp and delicate taste,have a reservation of more than 1000 tons and can be used as herbal medicine to lower blood pressure and reduce weight.On the basis of rich resource and acceptable fresh-keeping techniques,construction of a plant capable of producing 800 tons of bamboo shoots per year is on the companys schedule.

　　The project plans a total investment of 5 million yuan, and the foreign investment takes up 80%.China will provide the place and facilities as the other 20% investment.As for the mode of cooperation ,sole proprietorship,joint venture and joint shares cooperative are to be selected.

　　Both the price and demand are increasing for Fresh-kept bamboo shoots in the domestic and foreign markets.The company will take the advantage of resources to develop the fresh-keeping bamboo shoots project.The product has a board market prospect and will have 6.4 million yuan an annual output of 0.96 million yuan profit.The investment recovery period will be 2 years.
